ARE YOU ELIGIBLE?
To be eligible you must:
- Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Under 65 years old.
- Meet the disability or early intervention requirements.

START YOUR NDIS JOURNEY
We provide opportunities to support and empower individuals by providing a seamless level of care, to begin with all you have to do is follow these steps:
First step
Our first meeting will consist of an initial support assessment, this basically means your support needs and goals will be examined and we can discuss service solutions. You may bring a family member or guardian with you, we also do home visits.
The plan
A support plan is then created from all your input and you will have to sign a service agreement, which implies you approve of the support plan and it also guarantees that our services will always meet your standards.
Update
Your support plan is readily updated as your lifestyle changes.
